Lead 2 Business Development teams (hunter teams) to solicit SME new lending business
Formulate marketing plans and strategies to meet team and individual targets
Build networking and establish relationship with SMEs to acquire new customer base
Proactively manage / build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service, as well as explore cross-selling opportunities
Ensure adherence to credit and business operational processes, and compliant to regulatory and control requirements at all times
Attract, develop and retain talent to achieve business goals
University degree in business related disciplines
With minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level
Familiar with SME loan products, banking systems and processes in a retail SME/commercial banking environment
Good team player who possesses strong customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
Result oriented and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
