Team Manager

On behalf of our client (a famous financial services / E-business company), we invite enthusiastic service-oriented candidate to join as Team Manager for the following challenging and rewarding position.

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of telesales to deliver superior customer services
• Plan, manage and control contact center operations of client project, so as to achieve the service and cost targets in an efficient and effective manner
• Handle disputes and customer complaints or suspected fraud case when required
• Develop a highly motivated, productive and professional customer service team, review and evaluate the service quality and effectiveness of the team members, determine and take remedial actions if required
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives together with client to continuously uplift performance
• Foster service culture and maintain the ambience within the contact center
• Follow up projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above with 6 years experiences in telesales / call center operation, including at least 2 years in supervisor level
• Solid experience in client management, interpersonal and presentation skills, be able to build rapports with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrable presentation skills with high degree of maturity & sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
• Communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a prerequisite
• Able to work on shift duty (Work on public holiday may be required)
