Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for secretarial duties including travel and schedule arrangements, general administrative task such as filing and documentation
  • Handle expense reports for the team and generate regulator reports
  • Provide ad hoc support for event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the financial / insurance/ banking industry
  • Fluent communication skills in English and experience supporting expats
  • Strong interpersonal skills and detail orientated
