Job Description

Our client, a well-known Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to top management
  • Organize meeting appointment and monitor weekly meeting tasks
  • Provide general team administrative support including travel arrangement, flight and hotel bookings, reimbursement, data input, reports and minutes update
  • Ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sizable firm / financial institution
  • Detail minded, well-organized with a positive attitude, independent and self-motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
