Team Secretary

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • To provide full spectrum of business and administrative support to one fo the regional business lines. 
  • Generate high quality marketing materials, including proposal, property flyers, market reports and PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • To manage invoice administrations and related reports
  • To generate regular reports accurately such as business activity reports
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM programme
  • Participate and be highly involved in executing marketing initiatives when necessary.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, events and manage Team’s calendar
  • Ensure accurate and updated data management and maintain central filing system

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

  • Higher Diploma or degree holder with at least 4 years relevant working experience
  • Previous working experience in MNC companies will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written of both English and Cantonese. Mandarin ability is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
