 Job Purpose:


The Team Wear Sales Account Executive- Asia is responsible for providing high-quality services to current teamwear clients and to and grow the teamwear business across the Asia region.


Needs to Do: 

  • Drive the growth channels in Sport Club and Education teamwear programs to maximise return on investment within region
  • Provide commercial focus to assist in decision-making and product range-building for the Sports Club and Education teamwear channels
  • Assist in leveraging sales and historical data analysis  to inform decision-making
  • Assist in regional category initiatives to ensure brand consistency
  • Prepare high level reports to provide a periodic overview of cash position, in addition to developing guidelines for the due diligence of customers and their credit terms
  • Assist in driving all aspects of Asian Teamwear launches
  • Collaborate with other areas of the Teamwear business to play an active part in brand building initiatives such as sales activities, trade shows etc.
  • Report basic performance data and provide forecasts accurately in a timely manner and using the appropriate systems and tools
  • Use professional networks and appropriate social media to build our brand in the marketplace and support specific brand initiatives.
  • Proactively share relevant market/consumer/customer insight with those in our brand, in Pentland or with customers / partners



Needs to have


  • Proven track record with at least 3 years’ sales experience in branded consumer goods commercial role.
  • Ability to write and speak English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
  • PC literacy; particularly on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong planning & organisational skills, with an eye for detail.


Needs to be 

  • A solid negotiator – formal negotiation training desired.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • An exceptional team worker & relationship builder, with both customers and colleagues alike.
  • Able to quickly and easily integrate and influence cross-functionally at all levels within the business.
