- Maintain up-to-date record and files of equipment/ drawings/ contract for quick retrieval and reference in the Marriott’s system.
- Assist in materials purchase, quotation preparation, maintenance scheduling and inspection coordination.
- Assist in preparing hotel utilities consumption analysis and identifying potential energy saving
Experience - 1 year experience in a similar position
Education - Higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
Technical / functional competencies - Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
