SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE
The appointee is expected to provide comprehensive technical support for the Division. Major duties include: (a) setting up the computing equipment and software; (b) recording and editing videos of various events; (c) maintenance of departmental website, social media platforms and the Clinic Management System; (d) providing logistic support for promotional activities; and (e) and performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Applicants should have post-secondary education qualification in Computer Science or a relevant discipline, preferably an associate degree or a higher diploma, and at least one year of relevant experience. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required. He/She should be self-motivated, independent and willing to accept new challenges. Ability to work under tight schedule is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience in technical trouble-shooting and work experience in Chinese medicine clinics. Duty on weekends and/or public holidays will be required.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
