TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in the study of technical feasibility for addition & alternations works and carry out related site inspection
• Assist to monitor site work progress of contractors and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operation
• Assist to supervise renovation, improvement, re-configuration and reinstatement works as assigned
• Collaborate with the team on studying project sustainability and prepare related documents submission
• Support the preparation of fit-out comment, estimation, quotations, tender documents, variation assessment, progress report, payment etc.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience in building renovation, fitting-out and maintenance works, preferably gained in large scare commercial complex
• Valid green card holder
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade A0 an advantage
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
• Of good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS office
• Fresh university graduate with some internship experience will also be considered
