  • Responsible for day-to-day repair & maintenance of commercial, residential & office properties
  • Preparation of tender and related documents
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with tenants, occupiers, contractors, government authorizes and relevant internal parties
  • Assist in managing fitting-out, addition & alteration, as well as improvement projects fitting-out & reinstatement for the Group’s designated properties


  • Higher Diploma or above on Building Survey / Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 2-3 years’ solid experience in Fitting-out works with property management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Windows
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
