provide secretarial and administrative support to the Facilities Manager, such as meeting minutes, correspondence, presentations and various reports
maintain and update the filing system and records and compile statistical reports
handle incoming calls and enquiries, liaise and follow up with section heads and other departments on technical issues
YOU SHOULD HAVE
Higher Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management is highly preferable
a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administrative or secretarial role in hotels or clubs with good organizational skills
good communication and skills in both English and Chinese
hands-on experience of MS Office applications
