Technical Consultant / Senior Technical Consultant (CRM)

  • Partner with business users, IT groups and vendors to implement the hospitality systems including Room & Event, Table Reservation, Catering POS, Recreation, Retail POS, Smart Card, and Integrated Reservation.
  • Lead a team of software engineers, offshore development resources and external resources to accomplish development tasks as defined in the PDLC under the supervision of project managers / technical manager
  • Work with business users to document requirements, prepare specifications and resolve any requirement & technical issue.
  • Perform system design, development (including customization, interfaces, conversion and reporting) and software release.
  • Work with architecture / infrastructure team to perform technical design and construction.
  • Prepare and review design and implementation documents according to Club’s Product Development Life Cycle to ensure business, technical and operational requirements are met.
  • Conduct design & code review to ensure quality of software deliverables
  • Provide support during system integration test, system assurance test and user acceptance test.
  • Assist IT operations team to perform software installation and implementation.


  • Graduate qualifications in computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects, leading team of developers locally and remotely to deliver IT solutions.
  • Excellent in vendor management
  • Solid experience in implementing hospitality packages and CRM is preferred. (e.g. Opera, Hero, Concept Spa, ChainstorePlus & Microsoft Dynamic)
  • Solid experience in developing Net (C#/VB) web-based application
  • Hand on experience in Enterprise System Integration with CRM & hospitality systems. (Restful API/JSON/Web Services)
  • Experience in frontend development framework (jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, node.js) is a plus
  • Knowledge in development framework (ASP.NET MVC)
  • Preferably with experience in developing online reservation application and mobile application in iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven experience in Smart Card Management System and Information (KB) Portal implementation
  • Knowledge in non-Windows operating system, MS SQL Server & Oracle database is preferred
  • Ability to adapt in a fast moving project environment
  • Efficient in problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent team player with strong sense of co-operation and be able to collaborate with different level of stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Excellent in writing, & presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
