The Job

  • Managing incoming calls and customer services inquiries
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Work closely with Account/Program Manager to establish protocol/menu/procedures, to follow up the whole process with internal co-partners (e.g. Lab and post-lab), to provide an accurate and timely output, to provide appropriate technical advices and solutions in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions by aligning with our internal co-partners within the time limits


The Person

  • Degree / HD holder in Chemistry is a must
  • Experience in customer relationship management in testing, inspection and certification industry is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Senior CS Executive will be considered for those who has got more relevant experiences
