Technical Customer Support Officer

Specializing in respiratory care, sleep diagnostics & therapeutic

is looking for candidate of high caliber to fill the following position.

Job Responsibilities

  •  To provide professional service support to hospitals, clinics and home patients, including equipment / system installation, regular preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • On-site trouble shooting, answer enquiries and service calls are required.
  • To perform diagnostics service at patients’ home

Job Requirements

  • IVE graduate in engineering or equivalent. Other science disciplines will also be considered.
  • Relevant working experience in medical service field will be advantage; but not necessary as in-depth training will be provided
  • Applicant should be responsible, hard-working, self-initiated, and able to work independently, and able to handle ad hoc functions;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
