Our client, a prestigious real estate leasing company (part of a HK conglomerate) is urgently looking for a Technical Engineer to join their office in Central, HK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day-to-day maintenance and improvement (A&A & E&M) works at the high end houses in HK Island
  • Monitor contractors and vendors performance
  • Liaise with internal/external contractors, consultants and utility companies
  • Attend emergency calls when required
  • Handle rectification works and follow proper procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Building Services Engineering with at least 10 years experience  in related disciplines
  • Solid experience in dealing with mechanical engineering, maintenance of building services systems and building repairs works
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with proactive and positive personality
  • Possess highest integrity and able to work outdoor 
  • Able to communicate in spoken English 
  • Able to manage MS Words, Excel and knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus
