  • Responsible for providing engineering supports & technical training to field staffs, handling field matter / activities and managing projects
  • Handle correspondence to external customers regarding inquiries, complaints, job progress, maintenance service code compliance and other field service related matters
  • Advise and provide back-up support / guidance to supervisors and field staff on trouble shooting and engineering problems
  • Plan and coordinate relevant site activities
  • Assess the performance of the area through reviewing repair call, work progress & attend meeting


  • Diploma or above in Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • Holding the valid Lift worker / Escalator worker registration card is preferred
  • At least 4 years' working experience with people management and project management skill
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good in spoken & written Chinese and English
