Technical Helpdesk (Day Shift)

  • Call handling including logging
  • Provide technical support/answer clients enquiries
  • Liaison with service partners & other administrative task assigned by his/her supervisor.


  • Having computer knowledge
  • Better communication skill for answering customer query ( software operational support, training will be provided locally )
  • Mainly stay in call centre and rare chance to go out for service call
  • Working hour: 50 hours per week on shift basis
  • Immediate available
