  • Perform 1-tier IT helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination, escalation for internal system, trading and back office system.
  • Follow up with vendor for any technical infrastructure issues.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of current IT architecture and suggest improvements.
  • Project? coordination for Adhoc Project.
  • Take up the role of system administrator to maintain and support infrastructure operations such as active directory, file & mail servers, email, Wi-Fi, backup system, monitoring system, SAN storage etc…
  • Review support log / issue log and provide improvement plan.
  • Responsible on routine IT administration work and manage IT assets.


  • Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in IT helpdesk support operations and infrastructure management including LAN/WAN, MS Windows, PC/Server and VM environment.
  • Hand on experience on MS Exchange Server, backupexec, ESXI 6, whatsup gold, SAN, network configuration is a must.
  • Familiar with Linux / Windows servers/client and set up of virtual machine.
  • Possess project management skills, including communication and coordination.
  • Dedicated to work, well conducted, attentive to details, a good team player and professional.
