Technical Manager – E&M

Reporting to the Department Head, the incumbent will supervise a team of building services professionals, plus the front line technical staff for the operation of the Technical Services Department.  He / She will initiate and lead strategic planning and the general maintenance work for the group’s full range of leasing portfolio including office buildings, shopping malls, residential and serviced apartments to the highest standard.



  • Degree holder or above in Building Services Engineering is preferred;
  • Full membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) is a must; Registered Professional Engineer in building services discipline at the Engineers Registration Board or equivalent;
  • Minimum 8 years or above solid experience in building operation and maintenance of Grade A commercial building in which 3 years managerial experience gained in property management companies or developers;
  • Previous exposure at consultancy services is preferred;
  • Solid experience in operations & maintenance of MVAC system;
  • Knowledge of laws that govern building management and maintenance;
  • Substantial hands-on experience in building management procedures and supervision of contractors;
  • Previous experience in Building Services project management, E&M design, building facility upgrading, and to liaise with consultants, contractors and government authority will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required;
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Technical Manager – E&M.
