The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the daily operations and performance of Building Services installations (including electrical, BMS, ELV, lift & escalator, etc.) in Times Square. The candidate will periodically review the maintenance standards, formulate preventive maintenance with schedule and budget plan, monitoring work progress of improvement works, controlling expenses of CAPEX for systems upgrading as well as A&A works and building reliability. The candidate should conduct vetting of engineering proposal, compile comments on the Building Services system modification, prepare contingency plan, monitor contractors’ quality of work and progress, liaise and coordinate with working partners, tenants, designers, contractors, consultants and relevant Government departments. The candidate should supervise and monitor in-house frontline staff members, operators and contractors to ensure Company Policies, standards as well as safety requirement is achieved.

Applicants should preferably be a Chartered Engineer and / or Corporate Member of HKIE, CIBSE, BSOMES, IEE, etc. and a degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline and holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate with at least 7 years’ managerial experience in managing large commercial complex and improvement projects with proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem solving and project management skills, be resourceful with excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
