In this position you are expected to:

  • Prepare and review tender documentation, monitor the progress and quality of renovation & reinstatement works
  • Carry out pre-inspection, pre-handover or inspection work and prepare reinstatement documentation
  • Be responsible for company's properties handover
  • Prepare reports for management review and perform ad-hoc assignments

The ideal person:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Services, Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience preferably gained from property management or property developer companies.
  • Knowledgeable in builders' work and E&M works
  • Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
