Our client is one of the largest consulting company in the market. They are recruiting this role due to the aggressive expansion in the market.  This role is the CRM thought leader and solution architect. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining CRM solutions.


  • Being the leader to mentor the development time on High Level architecture design
  • Lead and review your team’s work, directing efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
  • Oversee Project management from a consulting perspective
  • Participate in up-sale activities


  • Strong understanding on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service environments
  • Experience in client management skills
  • Experience in leading large complex technology projects
  • Experience managing a large scale CRM teams
  • At least 10 years of CRM experience
