Job Description:

  • Responsible for carrying out IT technical support work and IT daily operation tasks.
  • Responsible for on-site IT support include hardware diagnostic, operating system and software installation, and IT problems troubleshooting
  • Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance
  • Handle IT documentation and reporting



Job Requirements:
  • Certificate / Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • 1 year IT support experience in environment with Microsoft Windows PC and email support
  • Hands-on skill on Microsoft Office software
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
