Technical Services Executive


  • 5-day week
  • Medical plan
  • Paid overtime


  • To handle technical helpdesk hotline call from clients
  • To solve clients' technical problems via phone & email
  • To assist clients on adapting lastest products or services
  • To perform daily operation activities on systems and applications



  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Hands-on knowledge on various commonly used PCs and email software
  • Patient with good problem solving skills
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Knowledge on domain name registration, web hosting and email system is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of website administration is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
