Technical Services Manager (Facility Management) (Job ID: 2423)


  • To assist Technical Services team leader to lead a team of technical officers/supervisors and technicians to provide building maintenance services for a portfolio of Bank properties.
  • To assist in managing E&M systems and ongoing maintenance/renovation projects, including design, tendering, project administration, cost containment, etc.
  • To plan and execute energy saving and environmental protection measures for the Bank's premises.


  • University graduate in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B0) or above.
  • Minimum of 5 years' working experience in facility/property management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies in intelligent buildings.
  • Good understanding of relevant regulations, policies, procedures, practices and rules.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, risk awareness and communication skills.
  • A good team player, highly Independent with ability to interact with multi-cultural teams.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
