Technical Services Manager (Mainframe) (Job ID: 2103)


  • To perform system testing, implementation and maintenance for banking mainframe systems and provide ongoing mainframe technical support
  • To work with IT System Infrastructure team to implement system initiatives


  • University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years' working experience in the IT sector, of which at least 3 years in managing mainframe products or CICS & MQ or network or SAN storage services
  • Solid experience in IT infrastructure services is preferred
  • A good team leader, self-motivated with good leadership, communication, risk awareness and project management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a plus
