Technical Services Manager (Job ID: 2103)


  • To provide technical services to IT and business users and ensure optimal system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements 
  • To manage system related projects to ensure reliable system availability for application development and production and provide regular/timely/accurate status reporting
  • To provide technical support and advice to various IT operatons and application development,  IT management and relevant business units


  • University graduate in Information Technology or related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years' working experience in the IT sector, of which at least 3 years in managing Wintel, Vmware, MS Exchange, AD, DNS, Citrix
  • Holder of CISSP and/or CISA a definite advantage
  • A good team leader, self-motivated with good leadership, communication, risk awareness and project management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a plus
