Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Supervise technical staff on daily operations including but not limited to maintenance works, technical and sustainability issues such as tenant fitting out, reinstatement and alternation works
  • Conduct periodic review, update maintenance procedures and systems to ensure service quality and work standard
  • Compile and manage related budgets and controls
  • Technical inputs on new projects and developments
  • Responsible for safe, reliable and efficient maintenance of the building services and facilities in our managed portfolio
  • Observance and compliance with the latest statutory rules and regulations
  • Acting as a motivating driver for all maintenance staff to strive for continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Holder of MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualifications (such as REW Grade B or above) is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 3 years at managerial level in leading property management company
  • Solid experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings is required
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Government Regulations
  • Well organized, good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • Good team player, able to motivate and lead the team
  • Proactive, innovative, committed and adaptable to change
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
