The incumbent is accountable for providing technical support on the Company's hardware, respond to user hardware and software problem and IT related technical inquiry. Monitor and maintain the computer servers and ensure the server room environment is running smoothly and efficiently. Manage and control software licenses and IT hardware inventory.
