As a Technical Support Analyst you will work in a team providing first and second line application support for our Fidessa financial trading and market data systems.
On a day to day basis you will be involved with performing system health checks on our clients’ systems and responding to incidents from clients via phone and email. The role will involve a substantial amount of troubleshooting and investigation in order to work out appropriate solutions so will appeal to candidates who enjoy analysis and problem solving.As the role is client facing and will involve considerable interaction with our clients, the ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality and the energy and initiative to respond quickly, take appropriate action and provide a high quality support service. The role will include shift work flexibility to work unsocial hours, thus be on call is also required.
