Technical Support Engineer / Case Support Technician (Ref 015)

  • Provide hardware set-up and daily support to clients and internal users
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware, software
  • Monitor and review equipment levels for each assignment
  • Ensure high standards of service are provided to clients at all times
  • Perform related administration duties


  • Higher Dilpima or above in Computer Sciences / Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Technically minded, with good knowledge of Windows server, MS Office, Outlook and networking. Experience with digital audio systems is an advantage but not essential
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
