Technical Support Engineer (English Speaking)

Our client, a rapidly growing Global IT Solutions Firm, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their infrastructure team. This role will be supporting their internal users and will have exposure to global end-user technology projects.


  • Provide Level 1 IT support to internal users, including, PC / Laptop / Phone / Printer hardware, Desktop & Business Applications, VC & mobile devices etc.
  • Respond to telephone / email / desk-side technical support enquiries, provide troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Work with global technology teams for new technology solution setup and deployment.
  • Routine hardware and software maintenance for the end user space.


  • Bachelor / Diploma or background in IT related discipline
  • 1+ years of experience as an IT Support / Helpdesk or related area
  • Experience in supporting Windows (XP/7/10) and MAC OSX desktop, Active Directory / User Account maintenance, MS Office, E-mail platforms, Mobile Devices, basic Network connectivity troubleshooting etc.
  • Experience in end-user desktop technology projects
  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Good customer service manner & mindset
  • Excellent communications skills in English. You will be working in a global environment with mainly English speakers
