Technical Support Engineer / Senior Technical Support Engineer / Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for IT helpdesk support on hardware and software and resolve technical issues for end-users;
  • Provide consultation, technical advice and answer user queries on technical problems;
  • Identify, analyze, resolve system problems, performance issues, and computer resources allocation;
  • Gather end users general computing requirements and procure relevant hardware and software;
  • Maintain, control, and administer accurate records of IT related hardware, software, and other relevant documents;
  • Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Smart Devices, and Audio/ Visual equipment;
  • Assist in execution of IT projects;
  • Coordinate with users and vendor for project implementation and arrange training for internal users;
  • Work on assignments in areas such as cloud, tool evaluation, product testing and POC;
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guide and videos;
  • Conduct system / product study and evaluation;
  • Identify opportunities of applying new technologies / solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Group;
  • Prepare hardware and system software feasibility study and make recommendations for management's consideration and approval;
  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisors.


  • Diploma or above in computer science or other related subjects;
  • Minimum 4 years working experience related to IT support and troubleshooting;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge in cloud admin support is an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of user, problem solving skills and self-initiative;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Team player, responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively.
