Technical Support Engineer

OT Systems Ltd

Job Duties:

  1. Handle local and overseas customer enquiries and technical issues on networking transmission products;
  2. Support sales team in network design and implementation;
  3. Handle RMA;
  4. Prepare technical documents such as datasheets, installation manuals, test reports, etc;
  5. Pre-sales and after-sale support.

 

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Higher Dip. in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent;
  2. 2-3 year solid experience in technical support of electronic and networking products;
  3. Experience in network implementations;
  4. In-depth knowledge in routing and switching;
  5. CCNA certified with CCNP is a plus;
  6. Customer focused,excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  7. Fluent in written and spoken English. Good in Mandarin;
  8. Occasionally overseas travel may be required;
  9. Self-motivated, quick learnerand able to work under pressure.
