Responsibilities: 

  1. Act as 1stpoint of contact for users on technical support and problem diagnoses
  2. Monitor, configure and support infrastructure (systems, servers and network) and applications
  3. Carry out system maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning and backup
  4. Liaise with the regional IT team on the global network maintenance, IT policies and procedures revision
  5. Handle the updates of hardware (i.e. PABX system), software and websites (both internal and external)
  6. Provide security controls for production systems like Virus/SPAM control & prevention and firewall rules update
  7. Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant discipline
  2. Qualification such as MCSE, MCITP, CCNA or CCNP is advantageous
  3. Minimum 2 years’ experience providing systems and network administration
  4. Technically proficient with Windows desktop, Office applications, server, AD, Exchange, VMware, Citrix, mobile, PABX and network support (Cisco routers, switches and firewall)
  5. Able to work well independently and can act as good team player working with regional teams
  6. Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in Cantonese and English
