Job Duties:

  • Provide 1st level helpdesk support to client
  • Responsible to provide technical support via phone, email
  • Ensure accurate technical advice and knowledge for internal user
  • Prepare regular reports and perform routine administrative works

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • At least 1 years of experience on IT helpdesk / desk side support is preferred.
  • Solid understand of Windows OS, hardware, network support such as router, switch, firewall and other office equipment
  • Willing to learn, team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Willing to work on flexible hours
  • Fresh certificate graduate and entry level candidates are welcome
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Helpdesk Supervisor
  • HK permanent resident is required
