Technical Support Engineer

  • Provide administration and support for MS Windows / Server and/or Linux server
  • Responsible for server and cloud services administration and monitoring
  • Provide technical support to end users including IT facility administration, installation and configuration of desktop PC, printers and peripherals
  • Manage service tickets to ensure service levels are met
  • Service parts and inventory management
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
  • Shift duty may be required


  • Diploma or above in Computer or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years in system administration / Technical support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in PC hardware, and standard MS Applications
  • MCSE/MCSA, ITIL is an added advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated, good communication skills, proactive, customer focused and business minded.
  • Immediate available is preferred
