Technical Support Engineer

John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd.  Our IT & Digital section invites applications for the following position:


  • Act as IT ambassador to frontline and provide technical support to end users
  • Act on alert messages and troubleshoot, and ensure timely escalation for actions and resolutions
  • Influence continuous service improvement by raising observations and feedback, and proposing improvement plans
  • Maintain record management such as hardware, software, contract and license inventory, and security exemption record
  • Communicate with stakeholders effectively about standard policies and any updates as required
  • Assist infrastructure operations, and support product and service rollout


  • High diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in user support under multi-lingual environment, with 2 years of VIP user support experience
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL framework to ensure service desk support in high quality
  • Proven record in supporting Microsoft Office 365 full suite and meeting room set-up
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is desirable.
  • Holder of MCSE and CCNA is highly desirable
