Technical Support Engineer/Manager

  • Degree or above in Electronics
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, preferably with experience in Security products.
  • Experience in Access Control, alarm system, or guard patrol, CCTV Surveillance products would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Good computer skill. Must have knowledge in computer configuration.
  • Having knowledge in SQL server programming, computer network configuration would be an advantage.
  • Basic hardware wiring skill.


  • Provide front line support and troubleshooting to customers.
  • Before and after sales technical account servicing which include customer visit, proactive calling and review usage problems.
  • Conduct technical training to the distributors and their clients.
  • Traveling may be required.
  • Candidates with less experience could be considered as Technical support technician.
