Responsibilities:

  • Handle end users IT requests and support tasks
  • Resolve hardware and software issues on computer devices and handheld devices
  • Prepare, install and configure desktop/laptop hardware & software and other IT equipment

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-3 years IT support or helpdesk related working experience
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Office, and handheld devices
  • Holders of MCP, MCSA, MCSE would be an advantage
  • Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Working Location:

  • HK, Kowloon & N.T. (including Tung Chung) – depend on the location of resident & job sites location
