Technical Support (Helpdesk) next to MTR

Duties:

  • Provide telephone and email technical support to customers.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of enquiries

  • Setting up client accounts and profiles
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Server 
  • Testing and evaluating new technology

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree or above in IT related disciplines
  • Basic Knowledge of Window + Linux server
  • Knowledge of web programming is an advantage
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferable
