An international logistics enterprise looks for IT professionals to join the Windows support team.

Responsibilities: -

  • Be a part of the internal IT helpdesk serving 1,000+ users.
  • Provide 1st tier on-site desktop and network support services to end users.

Qualification and Requirements: -

  • Certificate holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 year IT helpdesk experience with strong troubleshooting skills in Windows desktop environment.
  • Service oriented, strong customer service minded.
  • Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is an added advantage.
