Company Nature: A London based multinational company


Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st tier IT helpdesk support
  • Support regular IT operation includes system monitoring, data backup, user account administration, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties to provide IT support & troubleshooting
  • Keep tracking of IT assets with proper inventory control and related documentation
  • Liaise & negotiate with vendors and service providers on IT support tasks requirement
  • Provide technical support in infrastructure project & implementation


Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science / Business Administration (Information System) or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IT support
  • Experience in Windows & email support, TrendMicro/Symantec anti-virus, BackupExE, hardware support & etc is highly preferred
  • Holder of CCNA / MCSE is an advantage
  • Provide support in non-office hour when necessary
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
