Responsibilities:

  • Provide software and hardware installation, setup, configuration and upgrade.
  • Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records and security maintenance.
  • Work with IT System owners to maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications.
  • Installs, tests and maintains a variety of PC, Server and IT related equipment.
  • Responsible for tracking, monitoring and updating IT assets.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
  • 2 year relevant experience in helpdesk support.
  • Knowledge in MS Server, PC and LAN / WAN inter-networking equipment.
  • Knowledge in Router and Wifi AP configuration will be an added advantage.
  • Solid experience in PC installation & trouble shooting.
  • Experience in Windows Server 2003 /2008/ 2012 support is a plus.
  • Good problem solving and communication skills.
