Technical Support Manager (Korean)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical support to grow sales to match customer requirements with current company product offerings
  • To support field sales and customers in both pre-and post sale activities
  • Driving business growth from the technical and customer application side
  • To gain in-depth market understanding in the region (Asian countries)
  • Working with different teams to develop product and business strategies to drive sales in the Asia Pacific market

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
  • With over 7 years experience in technical or market oriented role
  • Experience in working with international teams in MNC
  • Experience in understanding a market and ability to lead a project
  • Proven ability to prioritize and drive multiple technical projects and/or customer support activities
  • With strong customer relation and interpersonal skills
  • With good English communication skills, both written and verbal and native Korean
  • Flexible to travel (around 40%) (Asian countries)
