Technical Support Officer – Smart Phone
職責:
- 於門市為尊貴客戶及內部員工提供電子產品指導服務，包括：
- 於維修中心提供各種APPLE硬件維修或支援保養服務
- 於分店現場為顧客檢測各種APPLE設備及提供技術故障診斷
- 提供一站式技術支援，以簡易方式為顧客解決有關APPLE產品的各種疑問
- 處理維修服務文件及文書工作
- 提供優質的顧客服務，使客人有滿意的購物體驗
職位要求:
- 中學程度及具最少兩年AASP智能電話產品維修經驗
- 具備「Apple Global Service Exchange (GSX)」保養服務系統知識
- 完成AppleCare 技術人員訓練 (ATT) 的網上課程，並為APPLE認證 Mac 技術人員 (ACMT) 及APPLE認證 iOS 技術人員 (ACiT) 優先考慮
- 具備蘋果授權維修中心 (AASP)工作經驗
- 熱愛與顧客溝通並分享使用技巧
- 主動解決疑難，喜愛團隊合作
- 能操流利廣東話，懂普通話及英語優先考慮
- 懂文書處理包括 MS Office 優先考慮
- 需要輪班工作
星期一至五 (公眾假期除外) (9:00am - 12:00pm ; 2:00pm - 5:30pm)
