Technical Support Officer / IT Technician
Job Responsibilities
- Part of the Technical Support & Maintenance Team;
- Daily maintenance of IT equipment / hardware & software installation;
- Provides production support and technical support for hardware, software, network and operating systems;
- Participates in projects implementation
Requirements
- Possess Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree in Information Technology or related engineering discipline;
- Solid experience in Microsoft Windows platform;
- Hands-on experience at AV/LED equipment is preferable;
- Good communication skills;
- Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, flexible and willing to work overtime;
- Good team player
Preferred Experience
- Experience with installing, configuration and troubleshooting Ethernet network and test driven implementation
