Technical Support Officer

We are looking for dynamic and high caliber technical support specialists on behalf of our client, a leading IT and communication service provider specializing in hosting and cloud application.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and resolve the technical problems timely
  • Support products provisioning including Hosted Exchange, DNS, Office 365 and Azure
  • Conduct regular inspection to assure system quality and performance
  • Record and update status service tickets
  • Perform on-site technical support to customers when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1 year or above relevant working experience in IT technical support
  • Solid technical knowledge in Email Applications, Email Clients, Email client setup, Email architecture concepts and DNS, etc.
  • Knowledge in Linux Web Hosting, Linux Email and Linux DNS is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English for telephone and email communications
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as more senior position

 

Working Location: Kwun Tong
