Technical Support Specialist (MS O365)

  • Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation
  • Familiar in Windows Platform Support, O365 and SCCM
  • Perform daily operation on servers, server room and IT infrastructure
  • Daily system backup, report generation and distribution
  • Maintain IT software/hardware inventory and records      


  • Diploma or above in Information Technology Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in IT
  • Solid experience with Window Server, Exchange Server, O365
  • Good communications skills, presentation skills and client skills to customers of different levels
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and in a team
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
