Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
  • Manage server deployment and migration projects for customers
  • Troubleshooting for various technical issues
  • Support all software and hardware; maintain internal network and server administration
  • To coordinate with vendors, internal / external parties and service partners for service restoration
  • Prepare user manuals
  • Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer / Information Technology or related discipline; fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Solid support experience in Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012, Linux, VM servers
  • Knowledge of Web Server, FTP Server, DNS, Email Server, Exchange Server, TCP/IP
  • Certified CCNA, MSCE or equivalent is an advantage
  • Customer service or help desk experience in call center is an advantage
  • Experiences in hosting company is a plus
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Good troubleshooting skill and ability to quickly learn and work with new system and infrastructure
  • Willing to work 7x24 roster technical support
  • Immediate availability is preferred
